Our form ground ceramic cores are made from extruded shapes that are modified to add details such as a second diameter, tapers, notches, flats, and other routine features. We use centerless grinding, turning, drilling, and machining to produce these more complex shapes. We can also produce threaded cores compensating for casting shrinkage.
